Kelsie and Nathan's Wedding

Kelsie's colors were red, white and black and she really wanted a classic bouquet. We gave it some unique characteristics by adding the wax flower to the bouquet and a ranunculus on the boutonniere.
I love how it turned out!

Nikki and Logan's Wedding

I had such a fun time with this wedding! It was my first wedding that I really did all alone (except for my 3 awesome friends and hubby of course) and it turned out great! Nikki's colors were green and blue and she told me to have fun. She wanted a colorful bouquet that would stand out from the greenery of her surroundings at their venue. She had zebra print shoes, so we did the zebra ribbon on the handle to match. Her favorite flower was a daisy so we had to have the pink daisies in there somewhere. They had such a beautiful wedding!

Monika and Elliott's Wedding, 7-16-2011

Elliott's boutonniere was simple roses and berries, nothing over bearing but beautiful.

Monika had an a vintage theme with beautiful colors of pink and cream! This was such a blast to create!

For the centerpieces, we put pearls on curly widow for inside the vase, marbles and a small light gave it just enough sparkle.

Monika's mom made this beautiful cake and this was my first time decorating one. I loved the way it turned out.

Gannon and Ashley's Wedding, 5-28-2011

Ashley's colors were yellow and navy and the flowers turned out beautiful! This was my first wedding that I had ever done, and I had a lot of help.

These were the centerpieces. The lemons were such a cute idea to bring more yellow onto the tables.

This was one of the bridesmaid's bouquets, we used them as decoration at the reception.
This was taken at the end of the night, sorry the rose is a little dead :)
Overall, beautiful wedding and a lot of fun to create!

First day on the Blog...

Beauty is but a Flower was created today. I made this blog to display what I can do with my floral design skills. I love weddings and hope to make many brides floral dreams come true, but I can also do arrangements for homes, parties, funerals, prom, etc.

A little about me, I have been married for two years to Taylor Conway. We are currently living in Orem, UT going to school at BYU. I will be graduating in 3 weeks and we will be moving down to Arizona! Taylor will be going to ASU and I will become the breadwinner for a little while. We have a dog and a cat and love them dearly. We love to play outside and watch movies. We will probably go see Harry Potter tonight! I am so excited.

I am going to post pictures of my work soon. See Ya!
